Team Lead QA (C#)

Shiji Poland is developing the Twilight Data + AI solution that aims to provide business insights by integrating various data sources, building ETL pipelines, and implementing scalable Data API for analytics and reporting. The team focuses on data integration, transformation, storage, and aggregation with technologies including Windows, Linux, Docker, microservices, Jira, Confluence, Postman, Swagger, GitLab, terminal, and TestRail.

• High-level knowledge of C# for automated tests
• QA methodology knowledge (ISTQB Foundation)
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
• Experience with test management software such as TestRail and JIRA
• Advanced user of Linux and Windows operating systems
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
• Strong organizational skills

• Test the web application based on user stories and perform exploratory testing
• Mentor other team members in advanced automation techniques
• Find and report bugs and glitches
• Translate user stories into test cases and automate them
• Document testing phases and defects
• Report bugs and errors to development teams
• Help troubleshoot issues
• Conduct post-release and post-implementation testing
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
