• Fluency in English (C1)
• Minimum 5 years delivering IT infrastructure, workplace, or application projects in complex environments, ideally in Finance, Insurance, or regulated industries
• Ability to translate business needs and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong project, financial, and change management skills
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skills
• Experience managing budgets, costs, risks, and cross-functional global teams
• Strong understanding and experience applying project methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
• Capability to lead under uncertainty, manage shifting priorities, and thrive in ambiguous settings
• Collaborative leadership style

Nice to have:

• German language at communicative level
• Knowledge of main regulations impacting regulated industries, e.g. DORA

• Run and deliver multiple complex IT projects (£1m–£2m), applying appropriate project management methodologies
• Define project scope, budgets, resources, timelines, and delivery approaches
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business and technical requirements
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and changes, mitigating impacts proactively
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and third-party resources throughout project lifecycle
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships as primary project contact
• Monitor project progress, budgets, forecasts, and report regularly to leadership
• Ensure compliance with governance requirements and support solution transition into production
• Oversee technical implementations and integrations to enable regulatory compliance
• Manage project lifecycle using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
