Analityk Biznesowo-Systemowy (telecom)

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as IT Analyst, Business-System Analyst, or Analyst-Tester
• Knowledge or readiness to quickly adapt in Site Management, Passive Inventory, rollout, site acquisition, project management and cooperation with external partners
• Familiarity with modeling tools: Enterprise Architect, draw.io, Visio or similar
• Practical experience with Jira and Confluence
• Proficient SQL skills for data analysis, consistency verification, and support for error and report analysis
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and ability to work in sprint rhythm including refinement, planning, demo, retro, and release
• Willingness to work hybrid: 2 days per week in office
• Legal authorization to work in Poland (citizenship, residence card, visa, etc.)

• Analyze business and system requirements, document needs, create user stories and acceptance criteria for support systems related to Network Deployment and Site Management processes
• Collaborate closely with Product Owner, Business Owners and development team in Agile/Scrum rituals (sprints, refinement, planning, demo, retro)
• Support testing and deployments by coordinating UAT tests, analyzing change impact, and updating project documentation
