Engineering Project Manager Office

The organization focuses on advanced eMobility solutions and plays a key role in the global transformation toward electric and hybrid vehicles. The client has a newly established Technical Center in Poland. Jit Team employs over 770 experts and offers developmental projects, benefits, and professional development programmes.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Engineering)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, PMO/EPMO, or engineering project support
• Experience in engineering product development environment
• Understanding of product development processes within automotive, power electronics, embedded systems, or related industries
• Experience with project planning, scheduling, resource management, and budget tracking
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience creating and managing project KPIs and performance reports
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
• Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps or similar
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Fluent spoken and written English

• Support the planning and tracking of engineering activities, maintaining project plans
• Track resources and budget
• Support preparation of customer meeting and internal project reports
• Create and track KPIs
• Maintain lessons learned records and coordinate retrospective workshops
• Support the System Project Lead and engineering core team during audits and assessments
• Provide guidance through project templates, standardized processes, and training sessions
