- Knowledge of endpoint security and antivirus solutions
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills

- Troubleshoot onboarding, deployment, and configuration issues
- Analyze logs and resolve endpoint security incidents
- Support customers during outages and service interruptions
- Recommend fixes, workarounds, and best practices
- Collaborate with internal technical teams
- Create troubleshooting documentation and runbooks
