Senior Software Engineer, Cloud Conduit

Google Cloud delivers enterprise-grade solutions using cutting-edge technology to help organizations digitally transform. The role is part of the Cloud Conduit team based in Warsaw, focused on developing and deploying secure, efficient, and reliable networking solutions critical to Google's infrastructure and products.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
• 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products.
• 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
• 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
• 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
• Experience designing, building, and operating large-scale distributed systems focused on scalability, fault tolerance, and reliability.

• Work across organizational boundaries and functional teams to deliver impactful products and enhance technical knowledge.
• Focus on developing networking services with a strong emphasis on long-term maintainability and planet-scale reliability.
• Contribute to major Google products by implementing, testing, and deploying high-quality code.
• Partner closely with domain experts, Tech Leads, and Product Managers to translate organizational needs into actionable technical deliverables.
