Leading D365 Technical Consultant (f/m/x)

We are looking for a Senior Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant to join a growing technology services organization delivering complex digital transformation projects for international clients.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a consultative or advisory role related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, including all CE 1st Party Applications, Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality solutions based on accurate estimates and planning.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Advanced level of English.
• Residency in Poland.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Microsoft Azure and Java.
• Relevant certifications such as PL200, PL100, and PL400.

• Leading the design and implementation of solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform applications.
• Conducting quality assurance including testing, defect resolution, and documentation.
• Producing technical documentation for delivery and handovers.
• Identifying gaps in customer requirements and designing complementary solutions.
• Implementing solutions with focus on security, quality, budget, scalability, flexibility, and longevity.
• Utilizing Visual Studio, C#, and other relevant languages for development.
• Managing projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, including backlog management with Azure DevOps.
• Writing user stories, acceptance criteria, task breakdowns, and project estimations.
