Scrum Master/-ka - OneView Transformation Squad

T-Mobile Poland is a part of Deutsche Telekom Group - a leading telecommunications operator in the world. The company has recently transitioned to a fully agile organization with over 1000 colleagues working in Business-Tech cross-functional teams. The role is part of the Agile and OneView Tribe journeys aimed at simplifying processes, reducing manual entry and paperwork, and enabling rapid configuration of new products with minimal software development to provide real value to customers and co-workers.

• Proven knowledge of Scrum (PSM I or PSM II certification required)
• Additional certifications such as SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus will be an advantage
• Experience working as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master in large organizations
• Strong practical knowledge of Agile values, principles, and frameworks
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and moderation skills
• Ability to build trusted partnerships and support Squad Members, Product Owners, and Tribe Leaders
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Big Picture
• Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies and experience applying them in practice
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a focus on empowering teams
• Creativity, out-of-the-box thinking, and a continuous improvement mindset
• Ability to identify inefficiencies, eliminate waste, and drive value delivery

• Teach and mentor Agile teams to maximize value delivery
• Empower teams and support their growth and development within the organization
• Act as a servant leader and help remove impediments impacting teams and business outcomes
• Coach and mentor Product Owners, Tribe Leaders, and other stakeholders to strengthen Agile ways of working
• Facilitate Scrum and SAFe ceremonies, workshops, and training sessions
• Promote innovative thinking, continuous improvement, and self-development across teams and the organization
• Support teams and the organization in improving flow and delivery effectiveness
• Drive organizational, business, and mindset transformation through Agile practices
• Contribute to one of the largest Agile transformations on the market
• Influence products, services, and processes that impact millions of customers
