Data Management Team Member with German - Leading Global Professional Services Network

Our client is a renowned global professional services network seeking a skilled Data Management Team Member to join their dynamic team in Poland. The role involves working on high-impact data governance projects for leading German banks and financial institutions, focusing on regulatory compliance and modern data concepts.

• Fluency in German (reading and writing).
• University degree in mathematics, IT systems, programming, science, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in data management.
• Familiarity with BCBS 239 and corresponding ECB guidelines, with practical implementation experience.
• Solid understanding of banking IT infrastructures, including architecture, data flows, and system interdependencies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel).
• Proactive, structured, and self-organized work approach.
• Open communication skills and motivation to learn and collaborate.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of data modeling, data governance, modern concepts like data mesh or data fabric.
• Basic programming skills or understanding of SQL, C, Python, SAS, or R.

• Contribute to the interpretation and practical implementation of regulatory frameworks including BCBS 239 and EBA/ECB guidelines.
• Explore modern data concepts such as data mesh, data fabric, and data modeling.
• Enhance technical and analytical skills using programming tools SQL, C, Python, SAS, and R.
• Understand data flow in banking IT architectures.
• Support clients in optimizing data management strategies and ensuring compliance.
