Platform Architect - Master Data Management

• 10+ years hands-on experience implementing MDM solutions across architecture, design, development and operations.
• Minimum two completed Reltio MDM implementation cycles as an MDM Architect, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceutical environments.
• Expert knowledge of MDM data domains including product, clinical, supplier, and customer data.
• Proven experience with data quality management, data governance, and data stewardship frameworks.
• Strong understanding of cloud integrations and API development with platforms like Snowflake.
• Experience integrating healthcare applications such as Veeva CTMS and Siebel CTMS.
• Demonstrated ability defining MDM business cases, solution architecture, and implementation roadmaps.
• Extensive project experience using Agile methodology and structured SDLC processes.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with proven stakeholder management experience.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and overseeing platform upgrades.

• Lead end-to-end MDM implementations using Reltio, shaping data strategy for a healthcare organisation.
• Work with cloud-based platforms including Snowflake and industry-specific applications like Veeva CTMS and Siebel CTMS to drive data integration.
• Define data governance workflows and ensure data quality across multiple domains including product, clinical, supplier, and customer data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver complex, scalable solutions.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee platform upgrades and optimisations.
• Build and guide implementation teams through Reltio tenant configuration and deployment.
• Establish match and merge survivorship rules to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical teams and business stakeholders.
