AI Engineer - Generative AI Solutions

Our client is a forward-thinking technology organisation based in Warsaw that specialises in building advanced AI and machine learning solutions. They work across multiple sectors, helping businesses solve complex operational challenges through intelligent automation and generative AI.

• 6-8 years' experience in software engineering with strong focus on AI and machine learning solution development.
• Advanced Python programming skills with hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions.
• Proven experience with generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and prompt engineering techniques.
• Solid knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, vector databases, and retrieval systems.
• Hands-on experience with AI frameworks including LangChain and LangGraph.
• Working knowledge of natural language processing (NLP), machine learning principles, and model evaluation.
• Experience with CI/CD practices and cloud platforms, particularly Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Nice to have:

• Exposure to machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience with MLflow, Airflow, or Kubernetes for workflow orchestration.
• Familiarity with the Model Context Protocol (MCP) for service orchestration.
• Experience working in agile environments with strong communication and problem-solving capabilities.

• Design and deploy generative AI solutions that solve real business problems and improve operational efficiency.
• Lead end-to-end ownership from AI experimentation through to production rollout across cloud platforms.
• Work with cutting-edge AI frameworks including LangChain, LangGraph, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intelligent automation and AI agent workflows.
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI tools and best practices to enhance delivery speed and business impact.
• Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices for AI solutions on cloud platforms.
