• 8-10 years of experience in Data Architecture and Modelling.
• Strong expertise in data warehousing and analytic end-to-end architecture.
• Proficiency with modelling methodologies including 3NF, Dimensional and Data Vault.
• Experience working with Snowflake.
• Knowledge of machine learning and modern algorithmic techniques at scale.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to comprehend business processes and the data they generate.
• Experience working with vast and complex datasets.
• Proven track record of creating order within reporting structures.
• Curious and driven mindset focused on delivering business outcomes.

• Design cutting-edge data solutions for a dynamic retail organisation.
• Lead data modelling across complex datasets using modern methodologies.
• Work with advanced technologies including Snowflake and machine learning.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering teams on impactful projects.
• Shape data architecture standards and drive innovation.
• Triage new requirements and assess their impact on existing data models.
• Develop and enhance business physical data models to meet evolving needs.
• Define and own data modelling standards within delivery teams.
• Create solutions that fulfil business needs and align with architecture goals.
• Document, communicate and centrally manage data models.
• Collaborate with the broader architecture community to promote alignment.
• Advocate for data design best practices at Engineering and Product Manager levels.
• Drive adherence to data modelling standards and principles across teams.
• Provide estimates for modifying data models based on new requirements.
• Structure and utilise data to drive measurable business value.
