The Polish branch, based in Katowice since 2007, serves as a Global Delivery Center with around 1,000 specialists. The Digital Platform Services department focuses on cloud, operating systems, virtualization, databases, networking, and security, while the Application Services department manages software development, data engineering, testing, CRM, ITSM, and ERP platform integrations for clients across Europe.
Wymagania
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS.
- Experience with infrastructure as code tools, including Terraform, AWS CDK, and GitLab pipelines.
- Good knowledge of IT security principles.
- Advanced software development skills with Git, Python, and TypeScript.
- Experience developing AI solutions at scale, including use of AI tools such as Amazon Q, Kiro, Claude, coding assistants, and AI agents.
- Practical experience with IDEs like VS Code and IntelliJ.
- Service management experience following ITIL or similar frameworks.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- EU citizenship.
- Fluent English (B2/C1).
- Openness to occasional business trips and visits to the office in Katowice.
Nice to have:
- AWS certifications.
- Security clearance.
Obowiązki
- Collaborate with team members to write efficient, reusable, and maintainable code.
- Demonstrate code ownership through team code reviews, SonarQube quality checks, and implementation of best practices.
- Identify opportunities for optimization and contribute to continuous improvement of existing services.
- Write unit and integration tests to ensure confident development and deployment.
- Utilize GitLab, CI/CD, and scripting skills to automate code deployment and analysis.
- Suggest and implement automation to streamline deployment, configuration, and monitoring tasks.
- Work closely with architects, system administrators, and other developers for seamless integration.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
- Engage in knowledge-sharing and contribute to team expertise.
- Document code, scripts, and configurations to ensure maintainability and knowledge transfer.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation for the squad.
