Infrastructure Engineer - Linux Operations Support

• 8-10 years of hands-on experience with Linux infrastructure and server administration.
• Expert knowledge of RedHat Linux and SUSE server environments.
• Proven experience supporting infrastructure migrations and go-live activities.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to customers and colleagues.
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members.

• Support critical infrastructure migrations and go-live activities for key customers.
• Lead technical escalations and provide expert guidance on complex infrastructure challenges.
• Mentor team members and share technical insights to strengthen broader capabilities.
• Work with RedHat and SUSE Linux environments at enterprise scale.
• Deliver proactive recommendations on critical infrastructure activities and planned rollout initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within RedHat and SUSE Linux server environments.
• Guide customers through technical transitions and infrastructure changes.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
