They are currently seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join their team in Wroclaw. This contract role offers the opportunity to work directly with end users, manage enterprise-grade technology and contribute to larger IT initiatives within a supportive, technically focused environment.

Wymagania

  • 4-6 years of experience in desktop support and device management.
  • Strong knowledge of PC imaging and device deployment processes.
  • Expertise in Windows 11 installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Active Directory including device joining and group assignment.
  • Proficiency with enterprise applications such as Microsoft Office, antivirus and VPN clients.
  • Knowledge of BIOS, driver and firmware update procedures.
  • Experience supporting iOS devices and enterprise mobility solutions.
  • Familiarity with email, OneDrive and Office 365 integration.
  • Understanding of computer hardware, networks and system troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of ITSM processes including asset and incident management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills for user support and team collaboration.

Obowiązki

  • Provide hands-on support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers and peripherals.
  • Install and configure Windows 11 and enterprise applications based on user requirements.
  • Join devices to Active Directory and assign appropriate AD groups.
  • Deploy standard applications including Microsoft Office, antivirus, VPN clients and collaboration tools.
  • Configure application settings and manage licensing and activation processes.
  • Perform system updates including BIOS, drivers and firmware maintenance.
  • Support iOS device setup and migration with enterprise tool integration.
  • Maintain accurate asset records including serial numbers and deployment status.
  • Collaborate with central IT teams to troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues.
  • Follow ITSM processes for asset management, incident management and request fulfilment.
  • Support on-site activities during larger IT initiatives and deployments.
  • Ensure compliance with IT standards and promote best practices among users.
