.NET Developer - Cloud-Native Microservices Architecture

Our client is a technology-focused organisation operating within the financial services sector, delivering solutions that support critical business operations. They work with both legacy and modern technology stacks, balancing innovation with stability. The team follows Agile methodologies and values collaboration, technical excellence, and continuous improvement. With a focus on cloud-native architectures and microservices, they're building scalable systems that meet evolving business needs. They are looking for an experienced .NET Developer to join their STP Tribe in Kraków on a contract basis.

• 8-10 years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in .NET Framework, .NET Core, and C#.
• Experience with ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and modern .NET versions (6/7/8).
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Kafka).
• Expertise in API development and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and Service Fabric.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks (XUnit, NUnit).
• Strong understanding of integration testing and test-driven development (TDD).
• Deep understanding of software design patterns and clean architecture.
• Ability to lead technical design and make architectural decisions.
• Ability to guide and mentor junior developers.
• Active participation in Agile and Scrum ceremonies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication of technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain applications using .NET Framework, .NET Core, and modern .NET versions (6/7/8 or beyond).
• Design and implement APIs and microservices-based solutions.
• Integrate cloud-native components using Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, and containerization tools.
• Collaborate with architects, testers, and product owners to ensure delivery quality.
• Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Ensure code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and TDD practices.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team capability building.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
