Senior .NET Developer - Full Stack & Microservices

Our client is an established technology organisation operating in Warsaw focused on building scalable, containerised applications using modern technologies and Agile methodologies. They prioritize strong engineering principles, code quality and collaborative team environments.

• 10+ years of experience in .NET development with strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and Web API.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring development teams.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, microservices design patterns, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or JavaScript.
• Practical experience managing containerised applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift ECS.
• Strong expertise in SQL Server, including database design and optimisation.
• Proficiency with version control systems including Git, Bitbucket, or GitHub.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments, including sprint planning and estimation.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools such as Jenkins, TeamCity, or Harness.
• Strong experience with code coverage, code reviews, and quality tools like SonarQube.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Lead and mentor development team members through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Design and implement microservices architecture using .NET, C#, ASP.NET, MVC and Web API.
• Develop full-stack solutions using React or Angular for front-end and .NET for back-end.
• Manage containerised applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift ECS.
• Design and optimise relational databases, primarily SQL Server.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using DevOps tools like Jenkins, TeamCity, or Harness.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure quality standards using SonarQube.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning and task estimation.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver solutions.
• Drive best practices in software architecture and development patterns.
