Software Engineer Internship Kraków

Ericsson offers an internship in the Traffic Control organization focusing on RAN (Radio Access Network) Software Development with involvement in newest technologies and products, and contributions to the company's digitalization journey.

• Student or graduate in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and version control (e.g., Git).
• Scripting skills (e.g., Python).
• Programming skills (e.g., C++).
• Interest in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
• Basic experience using AI tools in programming or testing.
• Good English speaking and writing skills.
• Willingness to learn, innovate, and adapt to change.
• High ethics and compliance standards.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to network.
• Availability at least 30 hours weekly if student, full-time if graduate.

• Deep dive into mobile network solutions and topology of 5G and newest generation.
• Participate in the software development cycle: study phase, coding, testing, documentation.
• Learn and apply software troubleshooting methodologies.
• Collaborate with team to support investigations and analyses of customer issues.
• Perform fault reproduction and handle configurations in Ericsson's environment.
• Gain understanding of RAN software architecture and connection to 3GPP standards.
• Support digitalization by exploring and implementing AI and Machine Learning solutions.
• Build a strong foundation in ICT sector and product support engineering with mentorship.

Availability required: minimum 30 hours per week for students, full-time for graduates.
