• Proven experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform solution development.
• Strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem and solution architecture principles.
• Hands-on experience designing AI agents, automation solutions, and business applications.
• Knowledge of Power Platform components, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and related services.
• Experience with connectors, integration patterns, authentication, and security best practices.
• Understanding of governance frameworks, environment strategy, and data source management.
• Ability to evaluate solution feasibility and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience working with both business and technical stakeholders in an advisory or consulting role.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to promote scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.

• Act as a trusted advisor for business and technical stakeholders exploring Microsoft Copilot Studio AI agent solutions and automation opportunities.
• Guide teams from idea stage to implementation-ready solution concepts.
• Advise stakeholders on solution feasibility, dependencies, governance considerations, and integration possibilities.
• Promote best practices for scalable, secure, and maintainable Microsoft Copilot Studio implementations.
• Provide practical guidance for designing and building Copilot Studio solutions and Power Platform components.
• Support teams in defining connector usage, integration patterns, authentication, security considerations, data source selection, and environment strategy.
• Design and maintain reusable Copilot Studio agent templates and solution accelerators.
• Coach developers, business users, and technical teams on Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform capabilities.
• Facilitate workshops, adoption activities, and knowledge-sharing sessions across the organization.
• Collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of AI-powered solutions.
