Private Cloud Program Management Officer – Data & Cloud Metrics

The role is for a leading financial institution focused on private cloud initiatives to drive digital transformation and operational excellence within the cloud computing domain.

• At least 3 years of experience in program or project coordination within cloud, technology, or financial environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-team coordination skills.
• Ability to distill complex data into clear insights.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Clarity, Confluence, Power BI, and advanced Excel skills.
• Agile mindset, problem-solving spirit, and resourcefulness.
• Passion to develop AI skills and tools to optimize workflows.

Nice to have:

• Certifications or experience related to cloud technologies or project management.
• Exposure to AI or automation tools in an enterprise environment.

• Run the operating rhythm for the Private Cloud domain, managing schedules of key forums.
• Collaborate with Business Management, Risk, Transformation, and Portfolio Management teams.
• Prepare and optimize reports ensuring data quality and consistency.
• Provide PMO support for Private Cloud leadership and stakeholders.
• Assist with administrative tasks including third-party contract extensions.
