Senior Cybersecurity Program Manager – Cybersecurity & Risk Management

Our client is a global leader in financial services, specializing in cybersecurity and risk management, operating within the HSBC cybersecurity domain.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project or program management, ideally within cybersecurity or risk management domains.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity technology and its business value.
• Proven experience in managing multiple complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Solid knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Budgeting and resource allocation expertise.
• Ability to proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or equivalents.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards.
• Experience working within financial services or heavily regulated environments.

• Lead the planning, coordination, and monitoring of cybersecurity projects and initiatives.
• Manage stakeholder requirements and project backlogs to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Define project governance, oversee risk management, and facilitate issue resolution.
• Proactively monitor project progress, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure quality assurance standards are met, and project deliverables are completed within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Oversee third-party contributions and coordinate dependencies between multiple projects.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and inter-project interfaces effectively.
• Collaborate with the business change team to support smooth transition activities.
• Report project status regularly to senior stakeholders and project sponsors.
