AI Products Developer (m/f/d)

InPost is one of Europe’s leading out-of-home (OOH) e-commerce enablement platforms, founded in 1999. It operates a network of over 64,000 Automated Parcel Machines (APMs) and more than 30,000 pick-up and drop-off (PUDO) points across nine European countries, delivering 1.4 billion parcels in 2025. InPost provides to-door courier and fulfilment services for ecommerce merchants and is recognized for transforming parcel delivery economics in Europe through technology-driven solutions.

• 4+ years in Product Management or Product Ownership.
• Experience delivering AI, ML, GenAI, or data-driven products.
• Strong stakeholder management and business analysis skills.
• Understanding of LLMs, RAG, agents, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
• Experience defining KPIs, business cases, and value-tracking models.
• Familiarity with platforms like Azure, Databricks, Power BI, Microsoft Copilot, and LLM APIs.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• English proficiency at C1 level or above.

Nice to have:

• Product or Agile certifications (PSPO, CSPO, SAFe PO/PM).
• Logistics, e-commerce, or supply-chain industry experience.
• Basic Python and SQL knowledge.
• Experience working in international, cross-market environments.

• Define and evolve the vision, roadmap, and backlog for AI products.
• Prioritise opportunities based on business value, effort, risk, and strategic alignment.
• Communicate priorities, trade-offs, and roadmap decisions to stakeholders and leadership.
• Partner with business experts to identify high-value opportunities and translate needs into product requirements.
• Define business KPIs, success metrics, and build business cases.
• Drive the product lifecycle through discovery, validation, and deployment.
• Facilitate planning, prioritisation, and reviews, managing dependencies and stakeholder expectations.
• Validate outcomes against business measures before release.
• Promote adoption of AI solutions, support change management and user enablement.
• Monitor usage, value realisation, and identify scaling or retiring opportunities.
• Champion reusable solutions scalable across markets and business functions.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, and Data Governance for compliance and scalability.
• Contribute to AI standards, tools, and operating models evolution.
• Stay updated on AI and GenAI trends and incorporate relevant innovations.
