Customer Engineer, AI Natives, Junior Talent Programme (Polish)

Google Cloud delivers enterprise-grade cloud computing solutions and tools globally, catering to educational institutions, government agencies, and businesses. The role involves facilitating customer productivity and collaboration by supporting Google Cloud product adoption.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related STEM discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Experience programming or scripting in modern languages such as Python, Go, Java, or C++ with knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA).
• Experience with databases (SQL or NoSQL), web technologies (APIs, HTTP), or cloud infrastructure through studies, internships, projects, or work.
• Fluency in Polish for communication with local stakeholders.

Nice to have:

• Participation in hackathons, open-source contributions, or building/deploying personal applications or tools.
• Experience with Large Language Model (LLM) APIs, prompt engineering, vector databases, or creating Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications or conversational agents.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience working collaboratively in teams or customer-facing technical roles with adaptability to changing needs.
• Strong debugging skills and familiarity with developer environment setup, including Docker and basic Linux command line tools.

• Help build creative solutions to challenging customer needs using Google Cloud.
• Provide customer feedback to internal Product Management and Engineering teams to improve product features.
• Collaborate with customers and Googlers to manage and drive adoption of Google Cloud.
• Develop recommendations for solution architectures and consulting services.
• Guide customers through the innovation lifecycle, building strategic roadmaps and driving key milestones.
• Solve operational issues through problem solving and technical troubleshooting, coordinating with internal teams.
• Help customers get answers to product questions.
• Learn and adopt the latest AI, machine learning, and cloud technologies.
• Gather feedback from users and share insights with Google Cloud Product and Engineering teams to improve developer tools.
