Lead Systems Architect (Data Center & Network Solutions)

• Minimum 8 years of experience in networking and systems architecture.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering large-scale Data Center networking solutions.
• Knowledge of the TOGAF framework and enterprise architecture principles.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing Zero Trust architectures.
• Experience in defining and designing security zones, network segmentation, and micro-segmentation strategies.
• Experience in developing security policies and controls for hybrid environments, including on-premises infrastructure, cloud platforms, and remote workforce access.
• Strong understanding of Defense-in-Depth, Least Privilege, and other core cybersecurity design principles.
• Experience in conducting risk assessments and selecting security controls proportionate to identified risks.
• Experience leading complex technical projects and business initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher, including technical communication.
• Experience working in international, multicultural environments.
• Familiarity with PCI DSS requirements and compliance frameworks is a strong advantage.

Technical Expertise:

• Strong hands-on and architectural experience in Data Center Networking, Cisco ACI and Micro-segmentation, Meraki SD-WAN, Cisco DNA Center, Fortinet (FortiGate), Palo Alto Networks, Citrix NetScaler, F5 Networks, Cisco SASE including Secure Connect, Site-to-Site VPN technologies, Data Center Automation and Network Programmability, Container Networking, and Azure Firewall.
• Brocade VDX knowledge is an asset.

Certifications:

• CCNP Data Center (required)
• Cisco Certified Specialist - Data Center Design
• Cisco Certified Specialist - Data Center ACI Implementation
• CCIE Data Center (good to have)

• Lead the design and architecture of complex, integrated enterprise network and data center environments.
• Analyze customer business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Create and maintain architecture and design documentation, including High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), Solution Designs (SD), Statements of Work (SoW), Proof of Concepts (PoC), Network Implementation Plans (NIP), and Bills of Materials (BoM).
• Perform network modeling, analysis, capacity planning, and implementation oversight.
• Design and promote network automation and infrastructure programmability initiatives.
• Architect and implement secure Site-to-Site VPN solutions.
• Support Project Managers in resolving technical project challenges and risks.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to engineering teams.
• Conduct technical workshops, knowledge-sharing sessions, and customer presentations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders at all levels.
• Drive successful project closure and identify opportunities for further improvements.
