Custom Software Engineer

The role is within the Software Engineering organization working on a large-scale technology initiative that involves an unmanned traffic management system for drones used by real-world customers.

• Over 3 years of experience with C++ demonstrating expert-level proficiency.
• Advanced knowledge of software engineering principles and modern development practices.
• Advanced proficiency in working with Linux environments.
• Ability to work independently and develop subject-matter expertise.
• English proficiency and experience working in a professional environment.

• Design and build software systems supporting real-world drone operations used globally by drone pilots.
• Develop and enhance components across systems and applications using modern frameworks and engineering practices.
• Work with large-scale technical infrastructure ensuring performance and reliability.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues to maintain system behavior.
• Propose innovative approaches and best practices for continuous software development improvement.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality and share knowledge.
• Collaborate closely with team members to understand requirements and deliver high-quality components.
• Adapt to evolving project needs and technologies focused on delivering business value.
