• At least 3 years experience as Project manager
• Experience in working with a dynamic environment and constantly changing circumstances
• Business experience in Project Delivery
• Experience in budget and finance management
• Business driven approach
• Proficiency in the English language - C1
• Experience with Project Management Methodologies such as PRINCE2, P3O, PMP, AgilePM, SAFE

• Effective management of the project baseline
• Defining the project requirements
• Managing the agreement process of the project requirements and objectives
• Operating along Fujitsu’s working practices ensuring compliance with local project management policy and procedure
• Managing the production of the required products and the delivery of the project in partnership with the customer and business unit
• Managing the delivery of the project/multiple projects in partnership with the customer and business line
• Gathering status reports of team members across their projects and addressing issues
• Establishing and reporting project Key Performance Indicators to the Project Board
• Managing business and project risks
• Integrating financial data
• Analyzing profitability, revenue, margins, rates and utilization across projects
• Tracking the project costs
