Wymagania
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Go development.
- At least 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Higher education in Computer Science or related software development field.
- Extensive experience working with AI and implementing/configuring it within a team.
- Experience working in fintech and banking domains with complex integrations.
- Strong knowledge of Golang for designing scalable, distributed backend systems.
- Proficient in concurrency patterns in Go (goroutines, channels, sync primitives).
- Expertise in system design for high performance and maintainability.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines (e.g. GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
- English language proficiency at Advanced level or above.
Nice to have:
- Experience in insurance domain.
Obowiązki
- Designing and evolving scalable distributed systems in Go, choosing appropriate concurrency models and ensuring a balance between performance and maintainability.
- Collaborating with Product Managers to refine high-level business goals into actionable technical plans and delivery roadmaps.
- Anticipating and highlighting edge cases, risks, and technical constraints early in the planning phase.
- Representing the engineering team in meetings with external stakeholders, explaining technical topics clearly.
- Leading and performing code reviews for senior engineers to ensure high standards for code quality, resilience, and reliability.
- Driving improvements in CI/CD pipelines and engineering processes to enable faster and safer code shipping.
