IT Project Coordinator

• Previous experience supporting IT projects, preferably infrastructure or NAS file share migrations.
• Basic understanding of risk, compliance and security frameworks, including QRA and ORC.
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Strong coordination, tracking and follow up capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Teams.
• Ability to work in English in an international environment.
• Experience with NAS and file share technologies, enterprise file services, collaboration and reporting tools.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with file services and NAS environments.

• Support a financial project focused on migrating NAS based file shares.
• Coordinate cross team activities and structured migration plans in line with milestones, timelines, governance standards and stakeholder expectations.
• Manage migration activities and track milestones and timelines.
• Coordinate Business Areas and technical SPOCs.
• Track QRA and ORC processes and security and risk compliance.
• Organise meetings, document outcomes and follow up on actions.
• Report progress, risks and blockers, identify dependencies and escalate delivery issues.
