Power BI Analyst

• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining reports and dashboards in Power BI
• Ability to model data and create advanced measures and calculations in DAX
• Practical knowledge of SQL and data acquisition and transformation from multiple sources including Jira and MS Excel
• Experience automating reporting processes using VBA
• Ability to prepare status reports and present results to stakeholders and management
• Experience cooperating with business teams, IT, and external vendors
• Good work organization, independence, and advanced analytical thinking
• Knowledge of environments including Power BI, DAX, SQL, VBA, Jira, Confluence, and MS Excel

Nice to have:

• Basic skills in MS Power BI, data modeling, DAX, SQL, data acquisition, data transformation, VBA, status reporting, result presentation
• Collaboration across business teams, interdepartmental cooperation, and cooperation with external vendors
• Language skills in Polish and English

• Work in a team delivering projects for a leading bank in Poland in banking and financial services
• Provide analytical solutions supporting IT project portfolio management and operational and managerial business decisions
• Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI reports and dashboards
• Analyze and model data from multiple sources
• Collaborate with IT teams, business units, and external vendors
• Automate reporting processes and create modern Business Intelligence solutions
• Work hybrid with 12 days per month in the office
• Participate in large-scale projects, Jit Team communities, trainings, and integration meetings
