IT Business Analyst – Production Order Management (M/K)

• Degree in business administration, business informatics, industrial engineering, or comparable field, ideally focused on IT, process management, logistics or project management
• Good understanding of business processes within production order management, logistics, production planning, or supply chain management
• Ability to understand business requirements and discuss system-related solutions with IT and technical stakeholders
• Initial experience in process improvement, digitalization initiatives, business analysis, or project management is an advantage
• Interest in data analytics, reporting, and digital process solutions with experience in tools such as Power BI and very good MS Office skills is desirable
• Analytical mindset, structured working style, and goal-oriented problem-solving ability
• High motivation to drive change, improve processes and digital transformation in an international production environment
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills, commitment, and affinity for IT and data-driven decision-making
• Fluent English skills
• Basic German skills or willingness to learn
• Willingness to travel occasionally (approx. once per quarter)

• Support the international production network in production order management focusing on logistics and customer order fulfillment
• Analyze business requirements and evaluate process and system solutions with stakeholders and IT teams
• Plan, coordinate, and implement process, system, and data projects including reporting and data visualization
• Act as interface between business functions and IT to ensure common understanding of requirements and implementation priorities
• Support assessment of project scope, effort, timelines, and dependencies for process and IT initiatives
• Manage project activities including structuring work packages, tracking progress, coordinating stakeholders, and communication
• Contribute to digitalization and transformation of the production network in production order processing
• Develop customer-oriented solutions for truck order processes in various business areas
• Track, analyze, and optimize vehicle order backlog according to company objectives and priorities
• Shape future working methods, process standards, and IT systems in order and supply chain management
