Trust & Safety Specialist with English and Spanish/Portuguese

The Trust & Safety team focuses on content moderation and responsible AI, improving the quality and safety of online content and AI systems to keep the internet safe and responsible.

• Excellent comprehension and communication skills in English and Spanish or Portuguese (minimum B2 level)
• Ability to perform duties objectively, without bias, aligned with client policies

• Ability to synthesize and analyze information from multiple sources
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
• Previous experience in business process outsourcing, customer service, or content moderation is a plus
• Willingness to work from the office 50% on rotating 7-day shifts (7:00–15:00, 15:00–23:00, 23:00–7:00)

• Review, classify, remove, and engage with content based on client guidelines using specific tools and channels
• Understand and stay updated on changing client policies and guidelines
• Monitor industry trends related to generative AI, content moderation, responsible AI regulations, governance, and policy
• Investigate, resolve, and report complex content issues to the broader Trust and Safety team
• Develop and execute prompt strategies to test large language models on sensitive topics
• Analyze model responses for appropriateness, refusal, or required disclaimers according to client guidance
• Collaborate with team members to enhance understanding of responsible AI issues
• Contribute to best practices and guidelines development for content moderation and responsible AI governance and policy
