Senior IT Analyst – Banking and Financial Services

This role is with a client operating in the banking and financial services industry, focused on integration processes that support modern banking operations and financial services advancement.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project roles, preferably in financial or insurance industries.
• Strong knowledge of integration technologies including Web Services, Microservices, SOA.
• Higher education in IT or related fields.
• Proven skills in client needs analysis and IT system modeling.
• Proficiency in UML and modeling tools like Enterprise Architect, PlantUML, or similar CASE tools.
• Experience with relational databases such as MS SQL.
• Familiarity with distributed IT system architecture.
• Excellent command of Polish and communicative level of English (B2/C1).
• Willingness to learn, share knowledge, and work effectively in a team.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Kibana and Grafana visualization tools.

• Validate internal client requirements covering both functional and non-functional aspects.
• Design integration processes using UML diagrams including use case, sequence, activity, and component diagrams.
• Develop detailed integration designs with tools such as Swagger.
• Collaborate with architects and developers to determine technical solutions.
• Coordinate technical and project dependencies with other IT teams.
• Conduct preliminary integration testing and analyze errors.
• Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies to support agile project delivery.
