Salesforce Functional Consultant (Business Analyst)

Andersen is hiring for a project scaling a global Salesforce platform delivering digital solutions for the real estate industry. The customer is an international organization in the real estate sector providing integrated asset management and operational services across multiple markets. The project focuses on scaling a global Salesforce platform with a pilot implementation in Spain, serving as a blueprint for rollouts across Europe and Asia-Pacific to support standardized property investment, development, and management processes.

• 5+ years experience working with Salesforce as a Functional Consultant, Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Proven experience in Salesforce implementations and rollouts, ideally in enterprise environments.
• Strong Business Analysis skills including discovery, requirements gathering, business process analysis, documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog management, and prioritisation.
• Experience with UAT, testing, and release readiness.
• Experience translating business requirements into Salesforce solutions.
• Understanding of Salesforce standard capabilities and best practices.
• English language proficiency intermediate or higher.
• Spanish language proficiency upper-intermediate or higher.

Nice to have:

• Experience with global Salesforce rollouts or multi-country transformation programs.
• Experience working with Service Cloud.
• Familiarity with Marketing Cloud / ExactTarget and automated marketing journeys.
• Ability to design scalable solutions across multiple countries and business units.
• Strong problem-solving skills in optimizing processes and existing Salesforce implementations.

• Playing a key role in stabilising and optimising the Salesforce implementation in Spain.
• Ensuring business processes, requirements, and solutions are designed for future international scalability.
• Combining Functional Consultant and Business Analyst responsibilities.
• Applying strong Salesforce expertise to support business and technical objectives.
• Acting as a business-facing consultant and collaborating closely with stakeholders.
• Demonstrating excellent stakeholder management skills.
