Product Owner (Technology)

Wakacje.pl is the largest e-commerce platform in Poland and a network of travel agencies offering a wide range of travel products. The company is part of Wirtualna Polska Holding since 2015, the largest Polish group of media and e-commerce companies. Wakacje.pl offers thousands of domestic and international trips, travel insurance, airport parking, and holiday vouchers, continuously expanding its offerings to meet customer needs.

• Basic programming knowledge sufficient to understand backend-to-frontend dependencies
• Ability to write clear and detailed technical requirements and task descriptions
• Experience with or ability to quickly learn monitoring and observability tools
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to make independent product decisions
• Fluency in Polish and English (minimum C1 level)

• Creating long-term product roadmaps and translating product vision into iterative delivery plans
• Defining sprint goals to ensure each sprint delivers measurable value
• Managing dependencies across teams and ensuring transparency
• Monitoring observability tools following deployments and backend changes to identify anomalies
• Making independent decisions regarding development and evolution of the technology platform
