Projekt B2B: SAP RE-FX / SAP FI-AA Consultant

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a SAP RE-FX and/or SAP FI consultant.
• Strong knowledge of the SAP RE-FX module, especially lease and rental contract management and integration with SAP FI/CO.
• Familiarity with SAP FI-AA (Fixed Assets) module.
• Experience in SAP configuration and functional documentation preparation.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Experience in implementation and maintenance projects.
• Ability to collaborate with business, developers, and external vendors.
• English language skills enabling work with documentation and technology partners.

Nice to have:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA environment.
• Experience in property management domain.
• Participation in migration or transformation projects to SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of financial processes, accounting, and controlling.

• Maintain and develop SAP RE-FX and SAP FI-AA solutions.
• Execute development and implementation projects in property and fixed asset management.
• Analyze business processes, identify optimization and automation opportunities.
• Design and recommend system solutions following SAP best practices.
• Manage full change cycle: from requirement analysis through system configuration to production deployment.
• Collaborate with SAP developers on system changes and extensions.
• Prepare functional specifications and support integration and UAT tests.
• Work with business users to define requirements and recommend solutions.
• Coordinate external vendors involved in system development and maintenance.
• Participate in building the product roadmap for SAP RE-FX and Fixed Assets.
