Senior Business Analyst

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join their team in Krakow. The role involves identifying business problems, designing strategic solutions, and driving successful implementation across complex, multi-country programmes in banking and financial services.

• Proven experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design on complex projects
• Demonstrated expertise in change management and implementation management techniques across countries or regions
• Strong knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile / Scrum project delivery methodologies
• Proficiency with project management tools including Confluence, JIRA, MS Office, and Visio
• Understanding of banking, financial services or shared services operating models
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work through ambiguity
• Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to stakeholders
• Experience working on large-scale transformation programmes across multiple functions or geographies

• Drive strategic solutions across complex, multi-country programmes within banking and financial services
• Lead requirements management and design impact assessments for large-scale transformation initiatives
• Translate complex business challenges into clear, actionable solutions using systemic thinking
• Work with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies on high-impact change programmes
• Influence stakeholders at all levels by articulating risk mitigation strategies and business drivers
• Identify, define, and solve business problems using systemic thinking and creative approaches
• Translate complex information into clear, structured communications tailored to different audiences
• Understand business drivers and competitive strategy to design strategically aligned solutions
• Anticipate risks and issues, acting quickly to develop and implement mitigation strategies
• Drive the requirements management process and design solutions that address identified needs
• Assess areas of impact on the target operating model and design appropriate mitigating actions
• Raise challenges constructively, supporting programme teams with impact assessments and recommendations
• Support programme management with detailed analysis, risk identification and change impact assessments
