React / UI Developer - User Experience Focus

• Minimum 3 years hands-on application development experience using React
• Practical experience with automated testing frameworks and methodologies
• Demonstrated experience integrating frontend applications with backend systems
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, preferably GitLab
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Strong communication skills with the ability to refine requirements based on feedback
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in software engineering or equivalent qualification
• Experience with UX principles and user-centered design approaches
• Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
