Service Delivery Owner - Agile

The client operates within the financial services sector, implementing sophisticated Agile delivery frameworks to support critical business operations. They focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence across complex, multi-squad Agile environments. The role is located in Kraków and relates to a 6-month contract opportunity within the STP Tribe.

• 8-10 years' experience in Agile delivery leadership roles
• Proven experience with Hybrid Agile Operating Model (HAOM)
• Strong track record in cross-squad coordination and dependency management
• Expertise in stakeholder management across technical and business functions
• Experience with governance and reporting in structured Agile environments
• Demonstrated ability in risk and dependency management
• Strategic thinking focused on continuous improvement
• Technical understanding of STP systems and architecture
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Knowledge of IT controls and compliance requirements
• Experience in onboarding and capability building initiatives
• Exposure to tribe maturity models and Agile transformation initiatives
• Competencies in Agile Way of Working and Agile DevOps for senior management

• Lead feature delivery across multiple squads, ensuring alignment with quarterly goals
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Epic Syncs, Quarterly Planning, and Feature Board Reviews
• Monitor and enforce adherence to Agile SLAs and KPIs such as velocity and quality metrics
• Manage dependencies, risks, and impediments proactively across squads
• Collaborate with Epic Owners, Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Test Leads
• Monitor and report delivery performance metrics to stakeholders
• Ensure squads meet contractual obligations and IT control requirements
• Participate in governance forums including Weekly Delivery Boards and Demand Capacity Reviews
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to align on scope and timelines
• Support onboarding and upskilling initiatives through T-shaping and skill matrix tracking
• Contribute to tribe maturity assessments and operating model improvements
• Drive delivery transformation by embedding best practices and lessons learned
