Test Specialist

Pretius is seeking a Test Specialist to join an international team working on a project in the financial industry.

• Proven experience as a Test Manager or Senior Test Specialist in complex enterprise projects.
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of GxP principles, validation processes, and audit-ready documentation.
• Experience with SAP, SAP Solution Manager, or other Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools is highly preferred.
• Ability to balance test coordination responsibilities with hands-on test execution.
• Experience managing defects, coordinating retesting, and ensuring end-to-end test traceability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to quickly onboard and become productive in an ongoing project.
• Very good communication skills in English.

Nice to have:

• Experience working on SAP implementation, migration, or transformation projects.
• Familiarity with regulated validation and compliance processes.
• Experience collaborating with Quality Assurance and Computerized System Validation (CSV) teams.
• ISTQB certification or other testing-related certifications.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive test strategies, plans, and schedules.
• Coordinate testing activities across business and technical teams.
• Verify readiness of test environments and test data before execution.
• Execute manual test scenarios, including SAP-related test cases where applicable.
• Manage defect triage, coordinate issue resolution, and perform retesting.
• Collect and maintain complete, traceable test evidence in line with GxP requirements.
• Prepare test summary reports, test exit reports, and other quality documentation.
• Monitor testing progress, identify risks, and communicate status to project stakeholders.
• Ensure testing activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.
