Developer FullStack (Java + Angular)

AVENGA (Agencja Pracy, nr KRAZ: 8448) is hiring a FullStack Developer working on commercial projects with hybrid work (1 day per week in the office in Warsaw).

• Good command of English to read technical documentation
• Knowledge of design and architectural patterns
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, preferably SCRUM
• Ability to quickly adapt to changes and openness to new ideas
• Self-organization and responsibility for task delivery
• Experience with backend programming using Java 18+, Spring Boot 3+, JPA
• Experience with frontend programming using Angular 19+, TypeScript, NodeJS
• Experience with version control systems and tools (Git, Bitbucket, Github)
• Experience with build tools (Maven, Gradle)
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Github actions)
• Experience with diagnostic and error analysis tools (Kibana, Elasticsearch)
• Working knowledge of Linux and Windows environments
• Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with application servers (Tomcat)
• Experience with databases (PostgreSQL)
• Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, Kafka)

Nice to have:

• Experience with CMS (Magnolia DX Core)

• Experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure Cloud)

• Knowledge of HTTP servers (Nginx, Apache)

• Minimum 4 years of commercial programming experience

• At least 3 years of experience with Java

• At least 3 years working with PostgreSQL databases

• At least 2 years working with Angular

• At least 2 years working as a developer in an Agile model

• Designing and agreeing on technical assumptions for changes while maintaining data security, architectural quality, and system continuity
• Implementing agreed changes following organizational IT standards
• Reviewing code delivered by the team and other developers to ensure compliance with IT standards and change requirements
• Actively preventing technical debt by initiating refactoring and maintaining a system debt registry
• Providing programming and substantive support during solution implementation and application module maintenance
• Diagnosing, analyzing, and fixing UAT errors and maintenance issues observed in production monitoring
• Estimating effort required for changes in the IT system
