Staff Data Engineer

• Extensive experience in Data Engineering and designing large-scale data architectures.
• Strong expertise in distributed data systems, cloud data platforms, and advanced ETL/ELT solutions.
• Experience with AWS and modern Big Data technologies.
• Strong SQL/database knowledge and programming skills.
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and influence architectural decisions.

• Design and build scalable data warehouses, data lakes, and modern data pipelines.
• Lead the implementation of complex data engineering solutions.
• Drive technical standards and best practices across the team.
• Troubleshoot complex performance and scalability challenges.
• Collaborate with architects, engineering teams, and business stakeholders on data strategy.
• Mentor engineers and support their technical development.
• Contribute to data governance, platform security, and reliability.
