• Hands-on experience with Microsoft and AWS technologies.
• 3+ years of experience supporting laboratory instrument data acquisition software in pharmaceutical R&D (GxP and non-GxP).
• Strong knowledge of chromatography data systems supporting 50+ users and instruments.
• Experience leading small teams.
• Proven experience with software lifecycle management in regulated environments.
• Experience creating and executing IQ/OQ test cases and supporting UAT.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Confluence, Jira, Xray/Vera, and ServiceNow is a plus.

• Support software architecture design for instrument data acquisition solutions.
• Configure and manage on-premises and AWS-based environments.
• Act as the main technical contact for operations teams and business users.
• Coordinate deployments and infrastructure activities with internal teams.
• Execute testing activities and maintain SDLC documentation.
• Support software releases, validation, and post-release operations.
