Debt Recovery Analyst with English and Spanish

• Minimum 1 year experience in Collections
• Good knowledge of Collections processes
• Proactive approach in daily operations
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proven problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility to take new responsibilities with a can-do attitude
• Fluent English (minimum B2 level)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong negotiation skills
• Knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets is an asset
• Willingness to work mid shift (11:00 AM - 7:00 PM)

• Collect debts according to the post suspension process
• Pro-actively engage with debtors to ensure timely resolution
• Cooperate with internal departments including Credit, GCS, Cash Ops, Billing, and Sales teams
• Process cases in a timely and effective manner
• Allocate incoming payments and reconcile accounts
• Resolve complex queries, negotiate and build business relationships
• Train new joiners on Collections processes
• Work independently and take over extra tasks delegated by Team Leader (TL)
• Act as backup TL if needed
• Assist team members in case resolution
