Advanced English language proficiency.

Gather and define functional and non-functional requirements for Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, and related add-ons.
Design and develop work standards and workflows for project and product teams.
Create and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, process mapping to tools, and user guidelines.
Identify improvement areas and recommend new solutions to support efficient collaboration.
Design templates, boards, Confluence spaces, documentation structures, and onboarding processes.
Develop and optimize reports, filters, dashboards, and metrics supporting process monitoring and decision-making.
Collaborate with architecture, security, IAM, and platform teams to ensure solutions comply with organizational architecture.
