Tech Leader AI & Quality Eng ineering

The role is with apreel Sp. z o.o., located in Warsaw, Poland, offering a hybrid work arrangement with one day per week at the office. The company employs a B2B contract model.

• Practical experience using AI to enhance IT and QA processes
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and Copilot Studio
• Experience building AI agents, workflow automation, and integrations with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Experience in software testing, test automation, and the SDLC process
• Ability to identify optimization areas and translate them into technological solutions
• Knowledge of CI/CD, API, and modern Quality Engineering practices

• Defining and implementing AI-based improvements
• Developing standards and best practices in quality and automation
• Building proofs of concept and experimenting with new solutions
• Supporting project teams in technological decision-making
• Mentoring and developing AI and modern QA competencies
• Identifying quality risks and recommending actions to improve efficiency and Time-to-Market
