Automation AI Engineer

• Proven experience in software development using Python and/or C#.
• Hands-on experience delivering enterprise automation solutions from concept to production.
• Strong knowledge of API development and system integration (REST, SOAP, webhooks, Microsoft Graph API, OAuth).
• Experience working with structured and unstructured data as well as ETL or data processing workflows.
• Practical experience with one or more automation platforms such as: Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory, Apache Airflow, UiPath, n8n, Zapier, or Make.
• Experience working with Microsoft Azure services and cloud-native development.
• Understanding of software engineering best practices, including Git, testing and CI/CD.
• Experience building AI-powered automations using Generative AI and Large Language Models.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and a proactive, hands-on mindset.

Nice to have:

• Experience with modern data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, or Azure Synapse Analytics.
• Knowledge of Data Engineering, ETL processes and Data Lake/Data Warehouse architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, or Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, RAG, vector databases).
• Experience in Business Analysis, enterprise system integrations or Finance/Tax Technology and ERP environments.
• Microsoft certifications related to Azure, AI, Data or Power Platform.

• Design, develop and maintain intelligent automation solutions using Python and/or C#.
• Build end-to-end automation workflows leveraging scripts, workflow orchestration, APIs and AI-powered agents.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
• Develop integrations between enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, Microsoft Graph API, and authentication mechanisms.
• Design and implement ETL pipelines and data processing solutions.
• Build AI assistants, copilots and autonomous agents using Large Language Models (LLMs) and modern AI frameworks.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Ensure solution quality, scalability, maintainability and security by following software engineering best practices.
• Drive innovation by introducing modern AI, automation and integration technologies across business processes.
