Team Lead, Ads Solutions Engineering

gTech Ads at Google supports customers globally in all Ad products, providing technical and media services ranging from self-help enabling to complex customized and scalable solutions. The team partners with Sales, Product, and Engineering to improve tools and services, aiming to maximize customer ROI and maintain trust.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8 years of experience in investigative roles such as business intelligence, data analytics, or statistics.
• Experience with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
• Experience with cloud technologies including architecting, developing, or maintaining cloud solutions.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience using machine learning and building solutions.
• Experience working with operating systems (e.g., Linux, Unix).

• Lead scoping, designing, and building scalable ad solutions and best practices globally.
• Adapt bespoke regional ad solutions into globally scalable ones.
• Lead workflows and solution lifecycle strategies ensuring technical excellence and compliance.
• Develop new methods to engage stakeholders and resolve industry/regional challenges with scalable capabilities.
