ERP Project Manager

Join a global manufacturing organisation and play a key role in optimising and developing our ERP landscape while supporting business growth and operational excellence.

• Several years of experience working with ERP systems in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Previous experience in ERP management, ERP project delivery, application management, or business systems leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of business processes within areas such as Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Procurement, or Logistics.
• Experience working with ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, IFS, Infor, Epicor, or similar enterprise solutions.
• Experience managing vendors, implementation partners, and cross-functional projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical technology solutions.
• Experience supporting system improvements, upgrades, integrations, and process optimisation initiatives.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, reporting solutions, and system integrations is an advantage.
• Manufacturing industry experience is strongly preferred.
• Fluent English communication skills.

• Manage and develop the company's ERP environment to support business and operational objectives.
• Own the ERP roadmap, ensuring alignment between business needs and technology capabilities.
• Lead ERP-related projects, enhancements, upgrades, and system improvements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization and digitalization.
• Coordinate external vendors, implementation partners, and internal IT teams.
• Ensure stable and efficient operation of ERP systems, including support and issue resolution processes.
• Drive system standardisation and best practices across international locations.
• Support data quality, reporting, and integration activities between ERP and other business systems.
• Participate in business transformation initiatives and continuous improvement programmes.
• Monitor application performance, service levels, and user satisfaction.
