Senior Treasury Systems Business Analyst – Capital Markets

Our client is a leading player in the capital markets industry focused on global treasury solutions and markets treasury programmes.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis within capital markets or treasury environments
• Strong expertise in MKTY products: Money Markets, Loans & Deposits, Bonds
• Solid understanding of front-to-back system flows and accounting principles related to treasury products
• Proven experience in requirements definition, UAT, and business readiness activities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated, delivery-focused, and adaptable to change

Nice to have:

• Understanding of key PC controls and Global TOMS standards
• Experience supporting regulatory or market entry programmes

• Analyze and document front-to-back system flows for key MKTY products: Money Markets, Loans & Deposits, and Bonds
• Support the development of accounting schemas and setup of sub-ledger and ledger requirements
• Contribute to requirements gathering, user acceptance testing (UAT), and business readiness initiatives
• Ensure Germany setup aligns with Global PC controls and TOMS standards
• Engage with stakeholders across business and technology teams to ensure seamless project delivery
