Wymagania
- Minimum 4 years of commercial experience designing interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications
- Experience independently managing the design process from problem definition to solution implementation
- Very good knowledge of Figma
- Ability to utilize product data and metrics in the design process
- Ability to argue design decisions effectively and collaborate efficiently with business and IT teams
- Openness to using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) in daily design work
- Very good knowledge of Polish and English languages (minimum B2)
Obowiązki
- Design UX solutions to positively influence user experiences and fulfill business objectives
- Gather and analyze project requirements through meetings and workshops with business stakeholders
- Analyze user needs based on qualitative and quantitative data
- Independently manage the design process from problem identification to delivering final solutions
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI Designers, UX Researchers, Developers, Architects, Analysts, SEO teams, and business representatives
- Monitor product metrics and use data to inform design decisions
- Analyze benchmarks and UI design trends to implement best practices
